Jackie helped us through the process of buying a home and selling a home. She is very personable and professional. I have worked with many agents over the years and she is definitely a great choice to work with. Another thing I like about her is that she is your go to person through the entire escrow. She does not hand you off to someone else once you’re under contract like some agents do. If you are looking at selling your home she does an amazing job with the photography and 360 video tours to promote your property. The video tour allows buyers to do a virtual tour that allows them to actually walk through the house room by room via your computer. This is a huge plus when selling a property. When we moved across Iowa, we were so nervous to find a new home. When a friend told us about Jackie, we knew we would be in good hands. After we gave Jackie our long list of wants/needs, she got busy looking for our forever home! She was patient with us every step of the way. She helped us look in every nook and cranny, and even told us when when she thought a house would be a bad idea (even though we were pretty sure that we could be the next Chip and Joanna Gaines!). In short, Jackie did an absolutely phenomenal job helping me with my home purchase! During the entire process I felt informed and in-control thanks to her, which with the stressors of purchasing a house in general and being a first time home buyer to begin with, was a very welcome breath of fresh air.
